Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management level to manage training needs
• Lead development projects to improve employee performance 
• Implement and design training methods and strategies to align with business direction
• Collaborate with third party for training to develop and implement the programs
• Build strong employee relationship in team and motivate their passions through learning strategies
• Manage orientation programme related to training and guideline for new employees
• Collaborate with HR team to manage employee career development
• Develop talent management programs and succession plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any field relating to Human Resource
• At least 7 years experience in Manufacturing industry and Human resources Development 
• In-depth experience in training and development projects 
• Excellent English communication skills
