They are currently looking for a Lean & Industrial Engineering Manager, with the right passion and mindset to build a strong team and the possibility to influence the future of the company.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing operations by reducing waste and product defects.
• Design and monitor operating mechanisms to ensure the adequacy and efficiency of production processes.
• Responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing system and coordinate with cross functional team.
• Conduct and review the manufacturing process to improve material flow, Standard work, JIT.
• Train/Educate for Lean principle and tools to others in the organization.

Qualification

• Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering or Related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience to implement Lean/TPS and Kaizen.
• Good communicate in English both written and spoken.
• Certified Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Black Belt would be advantage.
• Strong Leadership, communication, coaching and training skills is a must.
