Cathcart Associates is assisting a leading CRM and E-Commerce Solution business to find a skilful Kotlin Developer to Lead the Team (Squad) and develop back-end part of their platform of millions of users.

You will be working with talented Developers across 3 Scrum Teams and collaborating with Mobile and Tester team to ensure the platform runs smoothly.

They build the working environment where their Developers could work comfortably with tech enthusiast colleagues to achieve great goals

The Role:

• Understand and get the business and technical requirements, and translate into development solution
• Work in Agile environment and handle development function from daily programming, testing and code reviewing
• Provide leadership and guidance to other team members and members outside of the team
• Provide technical support

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in Software Development
• Proficient with Kotlin
• Proficient with Springboot framework
• Proficient with API interface
• Experienced in Agile working environment
• A person with Leadership skills and want to grow into Lead role
