Job description:

• Preparing and handling a wide range of legal issues, including supporting documents.
• Review and negotiation drafts of commercial contracts in both Thai and English languages.
• Advising clients on various legal issues Have knowledge and competence in contract and labor litigation
• Provide legal advice and / or legal opinion on a range of legal issues.
• Conduct and prepare legal due diligence reports on various legal issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the legal field. The enforcement of legal proceedings, preparation of employment contract documents and have knowledge of labor law By being responsible for all work by yourself
• Have knowledge in contract and labor litigation is a must
• Multitasking ability.
• Excellent command of both Thai and English, especially writing and drafting skills are essential. (Chinese speakers will be considered for special applicants)
• Excellent analytical, drafting, communication and research skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Collaborate well with others and work as an individual.
• Have a lawyer license (Notarial service lawyer will be an advantage)
