Position : Key Accounts Executive

Position purpose:
 To develop and implement the account plan and strategy per assigned key account customers with Blackmores’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4Ps), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis. The role has accountability for the full scope of Blackmores’s commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from being a part of the development of account strategy per customer to the management of price and promotional activities. The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, and finance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • To handle assigned key account customers
  • To execute strategies activities with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth and profitable target.
  • To manage customer promotion investment at assigned customers
  • Assist MT Manager on the operation job of each assigned customers
  • Do weekly & monthly report in the format that aligned with supervisor in both customers and store level. And also submit it to supervisor on time
  • Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts to develop short-term/long-term relationship with customers
  • Visit customers key account in shop
  • Responsible for preparing the sales tools such as shelf, display etc to adequate in each Key Customers shop
  • Receives all requests, inquiries, complaints and contacts from customer and records inquiry
  • Handling Key Account project such as product monitoring
  • Discover and handle concerns from customers
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers and in stores as well
  • Regularly visit assigned key customers at HQ, In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with Managers to effectively a business plan to support promotional activity
  • Assist and participate to achieve or exceed individual and group objectives
  • Identify and present ideas for process and system improvements

Qualifications :

  • Strong supplement acknowledge
  • Good computer skills such as presentation program
  • Open and clear communicator
