Key Account Planner for F&B
(Role of buyer, merchandiser, and sale)
Key Task: Plan and acquire new magnet tenants in F&B category to increase retail experience.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- F&B category focus.
- Understand customer journey both tenants and shoppers to analyze on what they need/ what we can offer and develop growth strategy.
- Monitor competitors and retail business movement to find any untapped area for new business opportunity.
- Approaching, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals with new and existing tenants in food category to capture target customer & consumer and promote sales performance to achieve
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to identify and develop innovative and effective solutions that meet customer needs to successfully close deal.
- Track, evaluate and suggest future improvements.
- Support of any assignment required by a supervisor.
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, communication arts or related field (additional experience in retail, real estate sale
and marketing, is a plus)
- Self-driven, hard worker with good team management skills.
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility and preferably with positive ‘can-do’
- Pro-activeness and ability to work under pressure.
- Someone who is passionate about food and beverages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and decision making.
- Good analytical thinking and judgement with business mind.
- Good command of English and good knowledge of MS office.
