Job Description

Role:           Key Account Manager/ Sales Account Manager 

Location:    Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

  • He/She is responsible to build and manage a profitable portfolio of co's business partners for the assigned region/country by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners
  • Being a primary point of contact between the respective partners and business (Premium Accounts/ Partners)
  • Develop a deep understanding of respective target's markets, competitive analysis and partner business activities, formulate market development strategies for growth and build a pipeline of new potential partners
  • Ensure compliance and adherence of co's business, regulatory and brand guidelines
  • Manage existing partner relationships and co-ordinate issue resolution, and participate in related industry and partner events.
  • Build a profitable portfolio of partners for the assigned region/country by acquiring new, grow and retain existing partners. The goal of the Account Manager is to increase the number of business partners, increase lifetime and value increment.
  • Lead Generation/Prospecting and conversion including the create an opportunity of pipeline management
  • Build a social community and setting of Forum and Channel participation


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics and/or any related fields 
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Sales Management (candidates coming from Insurance, FX/ Forex, Finance Institution Products, Trading background or Channel background especially in B2B networking are preferable) 
  • A good track record of achieving and exceeding of targets/ sales performance
  • Have excellent organizational and analytical skills with including attention to details
  • A professional and cooperative manner with effective working partnership with business partners, subject specialists and staff.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written both in Thai language and English
  • A computer literacy like MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and so on
  • Able to travel aboard is required as occasionally
