Our client is a leading global FMCG company. They are now urgently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Key Account Manager - E-Commerce.

Responsibilities:
  • Being an active member of the E-commerce team, demonstrating growth hacking and a resourceful mindset.
  • Engaging with Online Retailers and Platforms to build a close working relationship that cuts across multiple layers of customer structure.
  • Taking an analytical and evidence-led approach to Business Development to enhance Portfolio and Assortment strategy by optimizing the promo strategy through detailed analysis.
  • Knowing how to apply the eCommerce Traffic model to work back from sales target to identify traffic model variables; driving key levers to achieve those targets.
  • Negotiating and managing trade investments to create customer and company value by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Owning and leading the Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar.
  • Being knowledgeable to pick early signs of what’s not working and optimize and amplify what’s working.
  • Understanding and delivering on multi-faceted KPIs including but limited to Sales goals, Traffic Model, Forecasting & Eventing.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor landscape, doing regular store checks, and compiling one- page observation summary.
  • Scanning market for new platforms, trends, and customer opportunities.
  • Arranging regular T2T interactions, preparing in detail on tactical and strategic challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude; demonstrate the entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven experience in driving accelerated revenue growth.
  • Experience of working with a dominant eCommerce player in the market is an added advantage.
  • Sound commercial acumen: demonstrate delivery of ROI and compelling Customer growth Vision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
  • Knowledge of performance media channels is desired, particularly Search, and has driven measurable revenues or commercial goals using data and analytics.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred.
