Own the profit & loss and deliver key business objectives (off line and on line ) with respective customers.
Develop and implementing joint business plan ( JBP ) with solid execution and well-collaborated joint-working with key stakeholders.
Responsible for delivery of excellent in-store execution via working collaboratively with promoter/trade marketing team.
Accelerate on line sales via closely joint-working with omni on line team.
Negotiate annual contracts with the customers to achieve profitable growth for Groupe & customers – work with National Sales Manager.
Create customer business plan and own the execution in order to deliver full delivery of business performance against budget / target.
Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with existing channels.
Strengthen business relationship with the customers to gain disproportionate support to drive business growth
Bachelor degree or higher in any related field, Master degree is preferable.
Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account Management in Electrical or FMCG industry.
Good English literacy.
Key Account Management skill i.e. understand and know how to delivery customer KPIs in each function.
Selling and Negotiation.
Data Analysis skills.
