รายละเอียดงาน

Responsibilities: 

  1. Responsible for daily operations and management of sellers, including monitoring KPIs such as OOS, aging, stock performance, margin, sales, and promotions; solving operational issues
  2. Provide and develop category review & improve assortment with the strategies such as product selection, pricing, and promotion to achieve target
  3. Methodically group and manage sellers; provide appropriate sales and operational plan according to each seller’s characteristics
  4. Identify common issues faced by sellers through data analysis in order to seek and provide workable solutions to help sellers grow
  5. Communicate effectively with sellers on platform rules, promotions, customer insights and company /  category strategies
  6. Monitor and mentor sellers about their promotional campaigns and their product selections; give actionable customer feedback and relate customer needs to help sellers grow their businesses
  7. Define and execute tasks based on broader strategy set by management to ensure KPIs are met

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce or category management.
  2. Sales and Marketing experiences with Fashion or Consumer Electronics or Mobile & Tablet or Computer would be advantage.
  3. Ability to encourage sellers to reach sales target and other KPIs
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; outgoing personality and proactive in reaching out to others
  5. Strong market analysis skill and ability to clearly analyze operational data, draw conclusion and devise actionable plan for sellers
  6. Quick learner with can-do attitude and strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure
  7. Good command of English skills both spoken and written
  8. Good command of Chinese is a plus
