Key Account Manager [Mid-Market]

You will play a meaningful role to lead and develop a team of B2B sales farming by executing sales strategies for growing nation-wide market share and new customer acquisition. Also, being part to plan and drive new customer acquisition and new revenue generation campaign with go-to-market and marketing team. 


  • Lead and develop a team of sales farming on the day to day sales activities
  • Build, develop and motivate a high performing team by mentoring, challenging, and developing  team members
  • Enhance a culture of continued success goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training
  • Provide positive feedback and celebrate sales representatives success; Provide corrective feedback to inspire team to stretch and perform their best
  • Create a detailed, accurate and predictable sales forecast
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of competitor's landscape, market insight and customer acquisition
  • Support to execute sales training that enable your team to achieve their potential while supporting company objectives
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback and apply clear, consistent performance standards aligned with sales goals


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
  • Experience in leading team of enterprise sales, B2B, sales acquisition, business development or senior sales specialist
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Email, Presentation)
  • Strong leadership and sales coaching skill
  • Extensive experience using MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) for business proposal, business review and monthly report
  • A proactive, energetic, and seasoned professional with positive attitude and growth mindset
  • A structured personality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High competency: initiative and innovation, sales strategic planning and excellent execution
