Key Account Executive for E-Commerce Channel (1 Year’s Contract)

Job Descriptions:

• Drive Optimization of digital shelf for all brands in most important shops
• Define for key brands the most important e-retail shops which need to be optimized in terms of digital shelf
• Optimize on global KPI’s: Product availability, Brand integrity, Search Placements, Ratings & Review and buy now
• Define interfaces (processes and responsibilities) with Key-Account management
• Adapt global e-Comm content toolkits and support in content originations projects with customer Marketing
• Build up automatization processes to send through the content to e-retailer directly and reduce workload on both sides
• Review optimizations in dedicated shops and interact with shop tech-responsibilities directly if necessary
• Drive together with e-Comm Manager the e-Comm Strategy in LOC
• Initiate NPD Launch, New Set, Exclusivity, Premium, Sample, Promotion, Campaign, Live
• Support the teams to increase e-Comm sales and capabilities
• Develop all e-Comm visibility and manage all media for e-Comm

Qualifications:

• At least 1 – 2 years of Local E-comm & Online Media landscape knodge & experience
• Deep Tech knowledge to optimize e-retailor shops
• Capable to work in multi-brand approach and with different stakeholders
• Capable to drive the process optimization agenda internal (between customer marketing/ marketing and key account) and external (between GSK and e-retailor shops) -> make things easier in terms of digital automatization
• Team player, doer mentality, good analytical skill & presentation skill, multi-tasking, can handle pressure & time constraint
• Excellence English speaking, writing & listening person
• Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook capability
