Our Client is a leading International Logistics and Freight Forwarding Company and they are looking for a new Key Account Coordinator to join their team in their Laem Chabang office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a proactive and positive communicator and has a year or more in Freight Forwarding to join this dynamic Company and develop their career.

What will you do?

  • Maintains all Key Customer accounts
  • Act as the window contact for Account Owner and Customer.
  • Attends and fulfills on customer's requirements, queries, and needs.
  • Send Internal Job Instruction to Operations and External Job Instruction to Overseas
  • Control and maintains systematic filing systems for customer profile
  • Coordinating and Communicating with Account Owner to prepare Quotations for standards services and special projects
  • Check costs and quotations validity, update when required
  • Receive and confirm new shipments request from Customer/Overseas
  • Check documentation from Customer (I.e. Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
  • Confirm Draft HAWB from Overseas
  • Check Flight/Vessel through Airlines/Carrier website
  • Coordinate and follow up with all the stakeholders (I.e. Customer, Operations, Overseas)
  • Investigates and resolves all problems such as customer complaints, customer satisfaction, customer claims and etc., by communicates and cooperates with all parties concerned.
  • Develops and continuous gains higher customers satisfaction with participant in the activity related; such as Customer Survey, Marketing Events and related activities.
  • Visit customers as and when necessary
  • Report any critical, un-usual, obstacle facing by immediately to superior.
What you should have?

  • Excellent service mind, possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
  • Good knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards.
  • Good Knowledge of MS office, Word and Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure and must be very organized
  • Basic knowledge of Customs Clearance process
  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval.
  • Hight responsibility, punctuality and integrity
  • Excellent communicate skill in English and Thai both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capable of handling and dealing with different level people.
  • Display flexibility and can motivate people for excellent results
