Job Description
Responsibility:
Qualifications:
- Responsible to Source/screen/qualify and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
- Gather and analyze the client’s key requirement of IT job orders.
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements.
- Create detailed job descriptions.
- Reviews, reformats and presents resumes to our clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and follow up with candidates.
- To be facilitator for clients and candidates for position discussing, interview arrangement/preparation, follow-up post feedback, negotiation till hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality only Age between 24-35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administrator, IT or any related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years experiences in Recruiter or Recruitment and Function Experiences in IT Recruitment Function or Related field.
- English communicate.
- Prefer candidate from Recruitment Agency.
- Can work under pressure.
