Job Description

Our client is a Property Developer. To support their new business, they are looking for a Head of Business Unit to join the team. 
Responsibilities:
  • Developing a strategic plan to advance the Company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Providing strategic advice to the Board and Chairperson.
  • Preparing and implementing business plans.
  • Overseeing the company’s financial performance and, monitoring the overall sales volume and new business opportunities to support the company’s growth.
  • Communicating and maintaining trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
  • Developing and training employees to achieve excellent performance, and implementing efficiency and productivity improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or Real Estate or related field.
  • Thai nationality with age not over 45 years.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Development for Real Estate.
  • Has excellent team management and team-building skills.
  • Has passion for new challenges in the job.
