Our client is a large well known leading Retail/Wholesale in Thailand, they are seeking a highly talented Recruitment Manager, based in Ramintra (Head Quarter), Bangkok.Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both part-time and full-time positions to join the dynamic organization.
- Being responsible for HR Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, and People Development with Value and Culture.
- Being accountable to engage and dealing with both white and blue-collar employees effectively.
- Contributing to the execution of the business unit/departmental business plan.
- Proactively supporting and building a strong business relationship within the BU.
- Dealing with commercial lead to achieve business goals.
- Being a champion and managing overall employees’ well-being to ensure sustain commitment and productivity to achieve business goals.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations into employees’ complaints and allegations against employees.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment function and at least 2 years in Managerial level.
- Has experienced in Mass Recruitment in an FMCG or Retail business with well structured.
- Good command of spoken and written skills in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and management skills, systematic thinking, familiar with the dynamic working environment.
