Handle staff recruitment and process potential candidates for the position.
Arrange relevant training course for the employees.
Maintain and update the personal file for every employee.
Review and update the employee handbook when needed.
Organise regular company events such as annual dinner, company trip, team-building and etc.
Prepare attendance report and absenteeism analysis on monthly basis and present in the management meeting when required.
Other takes might be assigned by the HR manager. Eg. payroll and benefit including statutory contribution.
