  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering
  • 15 years experience in filed or relevant
  • Strongly Leadership and teamwork



  • Thai Nationality only
  • Master Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in IVD market with at least 5 years at supervisor or management level
  • Good English communication in both verbal and written (TOEIC Score 700)
  • Strongly leadership, work independently and strong teamwork and strong customer focus
  • Available travel outside Bangkok and abroad

Key Job Purpose :

  • Optimizing the customer service capability of Sysmex Thailand to achieve and maintain higher level of customer satisfaction  
  • Managing of technical issues in Thailand and providing appropriate solutions & countermeasures
  • Leading and developing the service team
  • Management of Service team from Business Partners

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute local service strategy
  • Manage and update internal documents such as standard operational procedures and those translated documents to the local language
  • Analyze trend of service calls, and plan & introduce short and long term solutions
  • Monitor and govern the service in proper usage and recording of service activities to customer operational situation
  • Management of business partners technical performance and comply to Sysmex policies
  • Monthly report to Supervisor regarding team’s activities done in the past month, issues resolved and planning of team’s action for the next month
  • Expense’s control and management
  • Review and analysis of Service KPI (Report, Action Plan and etc.)
  • Management of the escalated customers issues via AP-GCD incident for either for direct customer or BP customers in with quality and timely manner 
  • Management of FCA/FSCA planning for direct customers and reporting the status of direct & BP customers. 
  • Accountable and management of team development and performance 
  • Support ISO and Internal Audit
