Job Description

  • Responsible for managing Administrative operations, which including local purchasing, company asset management, legal and contract, special events including employee engagement activities, and office management, 
  • Support all administrations & general affairs activities including the food & beverages and gifts to employees. 
  • Managing third service parties such as housekeeping team or technicians to take care of the offices.
  • Liaising with other parties to smooth the administrative operations such as procurement, finance and other departments in logistics operation team who are users.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in any related field. 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Administration, in logistics operation is advantaged.
  • Small team management skills
  • Good communication both Thai and English.
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasks skill.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications and related programs.
  • Be creative, proactive, problem-solving skills, well organized, and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
