Job Summary:

A successful candidate will be part of Digital Banking providing professional support and investigating customers’ issues or root cause and finding workaround to the clients. Technical support team will collaborate with Product Management team, Software Development, and Quality Assurance team during and after the investigation process.

Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot and Investigate technical issues raised by customers
  • Ensure service level agreement is met in both resolution time and quality of update provided to customers.
  • Produce professional investigation report according to assigned Service Requests
  • Work with Software Development and Quality Assurance team to ensure that the issues are solved.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prompt response to technical support required on the assigned on-call basis


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer, MIS or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience working in technical support role and 1 year of in software development (Preferable using JAVA)
  • Strong knowledge of writing SQL command and Database technologies and web technology stack, REST API, Micro Service architecture.
  • Good knowledge of Java Language and can understand application code. Experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud) Message Queue products (e.g. IBM, ActiveMQ, Kafka) is a plus
  • Experienced in investigation and solving software incidents in production environment.
  • Good written and verbal English communication.
