IT Support Staff

Salary: 
Starts 20000B incl. all benefit. Negotiable after 6 month (Depending on experience) (เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นที่ 20,000 บาท ซึ่งรวม benefit ทั้งหมดแล้ว. สามารถต่อรองได้หลักจาก 6 เดือน (ขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถและประสบการณ์))

• IT Support Jobs for customers (ดำเนินการ support ลูกค้าทางด้าน IT)
• Hard and serious Jobs with professional mind (งานหนักและจริงจัง ทำงานด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพ)

Requirements:

• Good health. (มีสุขภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง)
• Fresh Graduate Welcomed! (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
• Age under 30 years old (อายุน้อยกว่า 30 ปี)
• Fair command of spoken and written English. (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและเขียนได้ในระดับพอใช้)
• Able to coordinate with related parties with good attitude. (สามารถประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยทัศนคติที่ดี)
• Able to manage and solve problem with good attitude. (สามารถจัดการและแก้ปัญหาด้วยทัศนคติที่ดี)

Responsibilities:

• IT Support skill (ใช้ทักษะทางด้าน IT เพื่อ support ลูกค้า)
• Install of computer hardware and software. Installation of updates, troubleshooting. (ดำเนินการติดตั้งคอมพิวเตอร์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงการติดตั้ง, อัพเดต, และ แก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลุูกค้า)
• Solve problems at on-site. (แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้าน IT ให้กับลูกค้าที่บริษัทของลูกค้า)
