Position:                     IT support/Field Support Engineer

Location:                    BRT Technique Krung Thep station

Salary Range:             Up to 45K

Working Hours:           Mon - Fri (08:30 - 17:30)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for internal users, clients and regional IT regarding of IT technical issues
  • To provide technical advice that aligned with the department
  • Arrange account set-up and closure for all users on the company and client platforms.
  • Manage all on-site IT infrastructure, including the provisioning of equipment (e.g. PCs,
    laptops, projector, terminals, phones and mobiles); software on local PC’s - SOE new laptops and desktops.
  • Work closely with the team for the training for first-day support of application release.
  • Troubleshoot of technical problems, identify the cause and analyze for further steps
  • Ensure IT security policy is followed, raise awareness and escalate exceptions to the direct
    manager once happened
  • Partner up with the Service Desk team to identify standard checklists, procedures and templates to
    continuously improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years in IT/field support OR IT help desk functions
  • Knowledgeable in ranges of technologies including basic networking; PC, thin-client and server
    hardware; Microsoft AD, Exchange and MS Office; PABX solutions e.g. Avaya.
  • Able to work/engage with service providers in other locations, mainly overseas.
  • Able to interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external customers.
