Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Pick up phone calls and contact customers to provide product information and usage with good service quality.
- Analyze the problems and give solutions to customers and colleagues.
- Examine products once required or when having problems.
- Prepare technical information and matter of related products and services. Able to prepare presentation materials as well as train the customers and colleagues.
- Prepare reports on jobs, problems found, solutions offered as well as recommendations to superior on a regular basis.
- Other related tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Male of Female, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
- Experience at least 1-2 years in related filed (preferably in Mobile Technology, Wearable Technology)
- Hard working and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in shift upon request
- Able to travel overseas
- Possess good communication skill in both Thai and English (reporting to Thai and foreigner superiors)
