Responsibilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ) :

• บริหารจัดการระบบ Server windows Server 2016, SQL Server config & admin , AD, Domain controller, DNS ,DHCP, Policy, User & group , Script, CMD command
• ติดตั้งแก้ไข VLAN, Cisco Switch , WAN,LAN,TCP/IP
• ควบคุม ดูแล ระบบCCTV, IP Phone, PRGT
• ติดตั้ง FortiGate Firewall Config & Monitoring
• ติดตั้ง Antivirus Trend Micro, DLP
• บริหารระบบBackup & Restore, Veeam Backup ทั้งระบบให้รักษาข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วน
• บริหารการสื่อสารระบบMail Server ในองค์กรได้
• จัดการ policy ในการติดตั้ง ระบบFile share & permission
• บริหารVM EXSI, QNAP ทั้งระบบให้ระบบคงอยู่และมี downtime น้อยที่สุด
• ติดตั้ง Windows 10 พร้อม  Config & Setup ระบบเพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับ Server
• ติดตั้ง config แก้ไข ระบบงาน WIFI & Access point security Management Cisco
• จัดการบริหาร ระบบLicense, inventory list ,Networking infrastructure diagramให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
• ติดตั้งระบบISO27001, WI, Policy, Regulationให้กับองค์กร
• วางแผนงานเป็นPlan & Action Schedule, Progress Activity ในการสรุปความคืบหน้าการทำงาน
• ใช้รูปแปปPDCA, To do list, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report บริหารการทำงานของฝ่าย
• จัดหา ช่อมแชม แก้ไขPC & Notebook, mobile, Scan, Printer อุปรกรณ์ทั้งหมดตาม SLA
• ออกแบบ Course Computer Training for Users ทั้งบริษัท
• สรุปรายงานความพึ่งพอใจ Summary help desk ของฝ่าย
• ตรวจสอบMonitoring & Tool  for Networking, Troubleshooting พร้อมแก้ไข และหาแนวทางป้องกัน(PM)
• สามารถใช้ และ support MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)ได้อย่างดี
• มีแผนงานปรับปรุงระบบงานInfrastructures &Security ให้กับองค์กร

Qualification (คุณสมบัติ) :

• 5 years of experiences of designing, constructing and operating enterprise IT infrastructure such as server platform, OS , Database, Backup and IT security
• Solid IT operation management and governance skills
• Knowledge on linux, Cluster and SAN Storage
• Knowledge on SAP BASIS or HANA is a plus
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation skills
