IT Security ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand IT security threats and their protection options
• Understand IT security risk assessment and management concepts
• Knowledge of the secure software development lifecycle (secure SDLC) or DevSecOps, including secure coding review, CICD process in a large enterprise environment
• Experience researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures (e.g. security requirement, security baseline, technical standards), including their enforcement
• Experience designing secure networks, systems and application architectures
• Experience with commercial or open source security applications and technologies (e.g. malware prevention, data leakage prevention, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering)
• Experience with security aspects of mobile applications, docker platform, cloud-based products, block chain, biometric authentication, or other new technologies
• Knowledge and understanding across a wide breadth of technology domains, with the ability to quickly assimilate the inter-relationships various disciplines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to parse requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
• Experience with various IT security projects implementation
• Ability to communicate IT security issues to peers and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or similar Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security fields
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated individual that is willing to develop the solutions on his/her own or in a team of highly skilled staff
• Rapid learning capability and able to work under pressure
• Good command in written and spoken Thai and English language (knowledge of Chinese will be advantage)

Preferable capabilities:

Certified security professional such as CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
