Our client is a support provider in IT infrastructures such as communication network construction, security, CAD, and help desk, with emphasis on network solution business in Thailand.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channel such as cold calling, networking.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Collaborating with team members & other division to deliver result meet or beyond the customer need.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Experience 2-5 years in Sales in the IT field.
- Experience in own solution proposal and get an award from customers.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly.
- Understand throughout the sales process including P&L consideration.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Network, Server, Cloud, Application.
- Good communication in the English language.
