Cathcart Associates is looking for a passionate Product Manager to deliver the best in class product to the business. Our client is the leading innovation consulting company in Asia and they’re expanding their business sector and internal IT team to build digital B2B products. The Product Manager will work with partners and stakeholders to build products almost from scratch. You will be responsible for the following:

• Provide product roadmap and strategy, ensure every step of a product development process
• Manage the product backlog, gather and define requirements and work with the technical team on how to develop products
• Ensure the balance of business requirements and technical capability, track progress, manage risk and change
• Ensure the smooth launch of the product and stay up to date with continuous growth and improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

• Have 3-5 years experience in product development within an Agile environment
• Proven experience in end-to-end product development
• Have a right mixture of technical skill and business acumen
• Experience in software project management
• Experience working within a start-up and fast pace environment
• Excellent skill in communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Passionate in building digital and innovative products
