IT Process Management [Manager-Senior Manager]



  • Strong experience in ITIL processes management
  • End to end accountability of the whole ITSM
  • Ownership of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM


Principal Accountability:

  • Ownership of incident, problem, change, service request/ complaint, SLA management and working with vendor ITSM team
  • Analyzed and recommended improvements to all new systems and ITIL processes.
  • End to end accountability of the whole ITSM function/ domain Lead the ITSM team from Managed Service Vendor and collaborate with dtac IT for continual service improvement
  • Ensure and monitor that processes are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality through rigorous management of change control and acceptance into service procedures in line
  • Provide expert problem management support to difficult, high profile customer issues and ensure root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit
  • Be a representative of IT Performance Management – Telenor ASIA and implementing IT Perception Index
  • Oversee the integration of all service delivery units and constantly improves the quality and inter-working of MS vendors, including other service partners and suppliers to ensure a seamless end-to-end delivery of service for both internal & external customers
  • Performed gap analysis on all present infrastructure programs.

  • Bachelor or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in ITIL processes management
  • Strong experience with containerize technology such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
  • Experience with cloud technology and RPA will be plus.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps process with Git, Jenkins, SonarQube and Robot Framework.
  • Good communication, strong-analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive thinking and good working as a team
