Job descriptions:
- Hardware installation and maintenance.
- Software Installation and maintenance.
- Receive call and email from customer for troubleshooting.
- Isolate and fix issue with internal or external engineers.
- Analyze root cause of issues and make improvement plan.
General qualification:
- Male or Female, age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Infrastructure Technology.
- Analytical thinking and experiences in problem solving and provide good solution.
- Strong senses of customer service and team spirit.
- Able to work after working hours.
- Good communication skills in English will be advantage
