Job Description

• Lead the department to provide good quality all-round IT services including Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT services and control.
• Manage IT related budget and resources allocation.
• Able to communicate with various functions to align business growth.
• Understand business needs and support by providing relevant tech solutions.
• Review, establish and implement/execute effective IT procedures and SOP.
• Monitor the day-to-day IT operation on system administration, security management and helpdesk support. Provide local leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of working experience
• Experience on SAP, Success Factor, BIPO, Payroll, BPM, office 365 (email, share-point), Cloud platform and Apps development.
• Solid experience in Leadership and able to align IT strategies with HQ
• Strong knowledge of business and IT project delivery methodologies
• Previous experience working for manufacturing/chemistry business will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English & Thai.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
