Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and enhance the IT Governance framework, road map & governing processes
  • Research, recommend, manage and participate in implementing any required IT standards,controls or policies and procedures
  • Develop, enhances and implements IT service delivery standards, policies, processes, procedures,job aids and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT Group
  • Define IT development framework or methodologies (ie Agile – SAFEs, Lean, etc) which mostapplicable to Krungsri IT and work with HR on learning and development IT resources
  • Define vendor and contract standards and ensure the compliance to these standards
  • Monitor, measures and reports on compliance of IT Group using the standards, policies, processes,procedures and methodologies
  • Identify gaps in the effectiveness of the implemented IT controls, and identify opportunities forenhancements
  • Perform process quality assurance reviews
  • Gather the data required to measure and reports on overall IT group performance
  • Organize and manages continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create awareness among IT Group staff of ways to improve overall productivity, efficiency andeffectiveness
  • Manage the creation of the IT related management reports as well as organize, provideinformation, and report to IT Management Committee
  • Drive IT Governance and Process Improvement initiative to ensure key projects meet defined ITdelivery methodology (eg SDLC, Agile), comply with IT governance and regulatory requirements
  • Drive IT Governance by providing suggestion and/or coaching for the project management relatedto IT delivery methodology & Tollgate process, procedure and template to project managers whereaspossible


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information System, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, IT, Business Administration, Mathematics & Statistics Science, or related fields
  • At least 2- 3 years of experience with business operations or IT service management and delivery,project management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Management experience, preferably within a relevant consulting environment
  • Prior experience as part of management team (lead role with plan, resource and issue/changeresponsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation
  • Strong knowledge of IT & Quality standards (such as ISO27001) and best practices as they relate toIT governance such as ITIL, CoBiT, ISACA, etc
  • Good understanding of IT general controls (security, change management, disaster backuprecovery, data center, etc) and IT application control concepts (application processing controls,system reconciliations, interfaces, reports testing, workflows); proficient understanding of system development lifecycle methodology, operating system and database platforms (mainframe,client/server, Web services, Windows, Database Management Systems, etc)
  • IT governance related certified (eg CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc) is a plus
