- Work on varying complexity projects to meet project objectives on time and agreed quality standards
- Gather, define, document, and translate high level business requirements to come up with cost estimation(TOR), project plan, and detailed functional specifications with proper sign-off process.
- Undertake the analysis of system problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with business needs.
- Establish and monitor project requirements, priorities, impacts and deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate with end users, management, staff and vendors on project issue and status.
- Collaborate with solution team to ensure that Functional Specification is designed and covered all the requirements and be able to explain to business users to understand those functionalities.
- Prepare or develop business process documents. Including user story, Business process overview for customers, etc.
- Prepare or develop functional specifications documents.
- Prepare or develop business scenarios and test case scenarios

Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business, Finance or related fields

3 years + as an IT Business system Analyst, System Analyst or I.T Project Management

Proven ability to undertake and manage at least medium size (3-6 month projects) IT projects.

Good English communication skills. (Written and spoken)

Basic financial services and business processes

Basic accounting knowledge

Good documentation skills. Including Word Processing Programs, Spreadsheet, etc.

Experience on financial sector / financial institutes projects is a plus

Experience on related financial systems. Such as Credit Card Processing, Core Banking, etc. is a plus
