Key Job Responsibilities

• Creating and presenting investment messages to the investment community on behalf of the company, monitoring and presenting outcomes to management.
• Communicating to management the opinions of the investment community regarding company performance and in the development of a corporate strategy.
• Developing and maintaining a company investor relations plan and monitoring the performance metrics for the investor relations function.
• Performing comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
• Preparing briefs for analysts’ roadshows and arranging conference calls and company visits.
• Creating data, reports and analysis relating to operations results of the company in order to present to analysts and investors, based on regulations of the Securities and Exchange
• Commission (SEC) and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
• Gathering and following up on the research of analysts or researchers, including the movement of company stock price.
• Liaising as a key point of contact for investors, analysts and the Securities & Exchange
• Commission in order to give information and answer questions.
• Building and maintaining good relations with domestic and local investors and analysts.
• Creating presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases and industry events.
• Presenting to analysts, brokers and investors.
• Overseeing the production of all annual reports, filings and statements, as well as company website content.
• Reading analyst reports and summarizing them for the senior management.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stock exchange representatives.
• Organizing conferences, road shows, conference calls and investor meetings.
• Providing feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes in the investment community.
• Promote knowledge and understanding about corporate governance principles, providing relevant information, as well as promoting and monitoring compliance among the Board of Directors
• Assist in Board activities and coordinate between the Board of Directors and executives

 Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 30 - 40 years old, Thai national with a positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in investor relations roles, preferably within a listed company.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Thai, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (required TOEIC 650 up)
• Good financial skills and highly numerate.
• Knowledge of valuation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to form effective relationships in the investment community and collaborate with the executive team.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized and energetic.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Passionate about working with people from different functions/backgrounds.
• Able to work independently and excel under pressure and limited timeframes.
