Job Summary:

The incumbent is mainly responsible for building corporate internal communication strategies, planning and executing to enhance employee engagement, and strengthening corporate image and relationships through a corporate sponsorship platform that meets overall objectives.

Job Description:

• Establish and drive internal communications strategies in conjunction with corporate strategy and goals, including employee voice, while ensuring the strategies are successfully executed in a timely manner, appropriately communicated to concerned stakeholders, and comply with both standards and procedures and corporate policies
• Establish and drive CSR communication strategies with corporate image/brand objectives to strengthen employee pride and engagement, while aiming for effective and sustainable CSR goals and awareness across the organization and its target audience
• Encourage teams to work in a data-driven manner, such as conducting researchand surveys and analyzing the results, and lead content and channel management for the most effective results
• Ensure that the corporate sponsorship program is designed with corporate image/brand strengthening objectives in mind while utilizing and optimizing the approved budget to achieve maximum impacts for the bank

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Communication, or Management with over 8 years of direct experiences in branding and communication management
• Excellent command of both Thai and English (copy writing background is preferable)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office and related programs)
• Demonstrate the social media and on-line media management capabilities with good data research and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal, project management skills, self-motivate, continuous self-improvement, out-of-the box thinking, dynamic problem-solving ability, and a keen sense of urgency
