JOB TITLE: Internal Audit Specialist (APAC)

WORK LOCATION: Sathorn, Bangkok

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• Conducting financial and process audits in APAC countries in coordination with Arcelik HQ
• Analyzing company business processes; to conduct full-scope audits to evaluate risks, controls and operational effectiveness and efficiency of company processes
• Preparing and presenting audit reports; to follow up management actions regarding audit findings
•  Responsible to develop procedures designed to safeguard company assets for internal control gaps
• Identify risks and work together with related functions to mitigate them
• Contributing to process improvements regarding audit findings
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences or Engineering departments
• Min. 2 years of experience in finance, process development and audit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Strong Negotiation and Relationship building with ability to influence at all levels and build sustainable relationship with key stake holders
• Having an analytical & proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
• Organizational ability, strong analytical skills
• No travel restrictions (Domestic & International travel up to 50%)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• SAP ERP knowledge is an asset
• Thinking broadly about business
