Handing Insurance portfolio by being responsible for planning, overseeing, leading, and implementing strategic projects and product-related projects of insurance business from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role that requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget which are in alignment with marketing strategies of the insurance business to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues to thrive against competitors.

Job Description:

• Overseeing all insurance strategic projects in project management pipeline to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Coordinating with cross-functional team and external parties for the flawless execution
• Building and implementing a Go-to-Market Strategy
• Coordinating with a cross-functional team to develop communication pack, selling materials, and other documents as needed to ensure successful implementation.
• Aligning marketing programs, campaigns, and operational activities to insurance annual plans and targets
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and escalate to management as needed
• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Monitoring project deliverables to ensure that the project produces committed results
• Providing post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful factors
• Delegating project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Assisting and Preparation of project roadmap and plans to achieve financial targets both top line and net income
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge

Qualification:

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing/ project management/ product for Auto Insurance in non-life insurance company/ broker
• Have background and knowledge in Non-life insurance products, OIC, Legal, Compliance, Insurance Marketing and Project Management
• Expertise in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint

Work Location: KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
