Job description
Responsible for supporting a technical and operational interface between customers and operations team, daily supporting the improvement projects and operations team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide the solutions and implementation support across country and region.
• Provide 1st level support and consultancy for Warehouse users on operational systems (WMS / TMS / BO Reporting / EDI and others)
• Analysis and optimization of work/process flow and focus on ways to improve productivity and accuracy of Warehouse operations via systematic improvement/enhancement.
• Act as a WMS Superuser to take care of configuration and logical mapping of WMS/TMS systems.
• Support new release testing, UAT, SIT and coordinate with customers, warehouse and regional team.
• Provide user training (WMS related), in term of new features, continuous improvement and new users.
• Be part of the Implementation team on new customers’ implementation, migration and operational improvement projects.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer-science or relevant field
• Experience in Operation Process for Supply Chain in a service Provider (Internal or /External) environment
• Strongly technical experience with any WMS/TMS system
• Experience developing business intelligence reports from data warehouse
• Proficient computer skills or program in Visual Basic or Java Script
