Acting like an influencer's partner to develop and manage our online channel. Main focus is youtube and facebook. 

• Set up new MCN team and Serve as the main contact person

• Increase views and engagement for our Ads Channel

• Provide social media training and consultation and manage KOLs to grow their business channel

• Develop and execute a social media strategic plan

• Cooperate with Operations team to recruit new steamers/ youtuber to grow our database and connection 

• Manage Youtube CMS (YouTube Content Management System)

• Develop and report on performance metrics

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or any related fields 

• Minimum 2 years experience working with creators, developing communities, and familiar with influencer marketing, content creator MCN, KOLs, Streamers, media, local culture, and Internet development trends is a must.

• High passion about gaming industry and e-sport and love watching streamers and gamers on youtube 

• Demonstrated professional understanding of social media channels including for examples Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and other emerging channels

• Passion for service and problem solving

• Good English communication 

Compensation

• Salary Negotiable / depends on your working experience and skills
