This position will be responsible for tracking and handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, enforcing customs regulations, ensuring accuracy of all files handled by customs and maintaining records for all entries.

Description
- Navigate the regulations to ensure importer compliance.
- Classification of goods, including understanding of General Rules of Interpretation, free Trade Agreements, duty calculations, and proper use of Customs Harmonized Classification System.
- Valuation of products, as pertains to different types of import transactions.
- Understanding Binding Ruling with Customs.
- Understanding Duty Drawback program
- Audit import documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and technical advice to staff involving in the preparation of shipping documents.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and correct use, based on import/ export transaction.
- Knowledgeable in import/ export operations, logistics processes, customs free zone and other tax incentive, international trade and custom clearance procedure.
- Ensuring records are properly retained and internal record keeping procedures are followed for all types of Customs entries.
- Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase compliance and efficiency
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration, Supply Chain or any related field.
- A minimum of more than 3 years working experience of import/ export activities, logistics, custom and international trade.
- An experience background of CBU import/export, free zone is preferred.
- Excellent English both oral and written.
- Experienced in coordinating with Embassies, government sector for tax-exempted
- Good command of MS Office software, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
