Job Descriptions:
- Provide operational and technical support to the users to ensure that the business benefits of software
- Interface directly with end-user , understanding their needs, Business Workflow ,Process
- Design and Configuring the software to meet requirement
- Coordinate programmer team and end-user
- Software tester and reviews an organization's applications and provides recommendations for improvement
- To train and support users to use software and provide technical support when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System, Account Information System, Statistic or other IT related fields
- Experience in implementing ERP or HR software is a plus or experiences in payroll processing compensation management and benefit administration works
- Knowledge in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) would be advantaged
- Ability to combine business process knowledge with technology implementation
- Good negotiation skill, and good communication skill
- Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
- Good command of English both written and spoken
