• Identify the new accounting standard implications especially IFRS 17&9 for the accounting & finance operation process and impact to statutory financial reporting and management reporting
• Engage and work with Consultant, Accounting & Finance, Actuarial, PMO and IT teams to prioritize the development of the new accounting standard implementation
• Prepare and support local accounting policy development (for new IFRS) to ensure it is consistent with group accounting policy (if any)
• Work with relevant regulators and association (i.e OIC, TFAC, TLAA, SEC) to ensure all requirements from them are addressed in the implementation phase.
• Ensure implementation of business requirements from accounting standards and solutions are appropriately tested & implemented in accounting & finance function.
• Facilitate and work with Finance & Accounting and concerned parties (e.g. consultant, Accounting & Finance, Actuarial, PMO and IT) to design efficient workflows & processes, chart of accounts for both local & regional accounting system , incorporate sound financial controls and efficient processes well established in place, etc.
• Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, focusing on efficient ways of working for both current and new processes.
• Prepare the reports, budget, commentaries and other financial information to specific deadlines (i.e. daily, monthly , quarterly and yearly basis)
• Analyze the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans and rolling forecast
• Prepare investment data to accounting & finance function for book closing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

• Thai nationality. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
• At least 5 years’ experience working in an accounting, auditing, or financial planning & analysis (preferably insurance background).
• Excellent ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively in English
• Knowledge about IFRS17 is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven an effective and good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Having knowledge / skill of Accounting software and other computerize system is a must
