Job Overview;

Training and development specialists help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise,process consultation and leading projects that benefit to business on effective- change management of organization development especially in Value and culture change and programs (Dual vocational program,Employee engagement, Student trainee and other projects concerned).
  • Drive execution and facilitate Learning & Development core and critical programs/initiatives to fulfil employee competencies or training in the organization by using adult learning principles and practices; demonstrates the ability to utilize a range of targeted knowledge. Examples include talent management, culture,strategy and leadership development program.
  • Designs, maintains and updates the HRD Knowledge management system to create easy-access knowledge management in order to develop employee as planned while using modern technologies to deliver more understanding to employees for example Media, Video, Books, Material.
  • Initiate, implement and promote corporate communications plan and activities with effectiveness by using various communication channels/resources aligned with company direction and goal.
  • Cooperate and support for all of management systems in the company.
  • Any others project if assigned


Requirments & Qualifications

  • ฺฺฺBachelor degree or Higher in Training and development specialists ,Human resources, education, or instructional design and organization development(OD).
  • 5+ years Training and development specialists prefer to hire candidates with previous work experience in the industry in which the company operates, or with experience in e-learning, mobile training, vertual classroom, technology-based tools for training material design.
  • Leadership skills / Project Management.
  • Excellent in English, conversational and writing skills.
  • MS Office (SAP, CAD etc.)
  • Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong
