Job Description
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD, and Business Administration or related filed.
- Age below 35 years old.
- At least 3 years experienced in HRD, ER, Recruitment, Retention & Staffing program, SSO, Regulation & Policy control, and Performance Management will be an advantage.
- Good operated software applications and spreadsheet/data management of MS Office, and HRIS Program.
- Perform English proficiency level (TOEIC score >= 500) in written and communication skill.
- Good Service mind, Balancing, Strong leadership skill, Flexible interactive skills.
Responsibilities :
- To handle HRD&ER or Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Social Security, Medical Service, Health & Life Insurance, Remuneration, Staffing, Retention, Evaluation & Performance Management, and related job assignment.
- Monitor community employment conditions and employee benefit practices and submit proposals for changes in company policy as required.
- To maintain company regulations and he prevision of the Labor Law and any other appropriate legal requirement.
- Coordinate and maintain HR under ISO to perform on standard requirement.
- Coordinate & maintain company administration activity.
- To perform general affairs and other HR duties which are assigned by the superior from time to time.
