Role and responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager guide and manage the overall HRM & HRD services, policies and program for the company, such as : Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Training & Development, Competency Management, Coaching, Policies Recommendation, Employee Relation, Leadership, HRIS…etc..

Qualifications:

• Male or Female age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management , or other related field.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in full function of HRM& HRD with 5 years of experiences in managerial level. If having experiences in both of manufacturing and office will be advantage.
• Strong technical skills: demonstrates proficiency with HRIS system, Microsoft office and good knowledge to have HR communication with other digital platforms or social networks .etc.
• Strong skill in Recruitment, Conflict management and Competency management are the must.
• Experienced in Organization Developemnt is preferred
• Good knowledge and experiences of employment and labor laws and concern regulations.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
