Job Description

  • Organize HR software, HR database design structure for all concerning module, HRM Process running of core module and control Self-service route with user and control authorized with timeline in using
  • Check and calculate Time & Attendance which consists of working time, leave, overtime and any employee additional condition for issuing weekly & monthly report
  • Payroll system which consist of collecting all details for daily employee remuneration, contact the provident fund, social security fund and insurance agent in case of any employee movement and include adjust wage for daily employee in to system
  • Maintain employee information in HRM system records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates 
  • HRM System in Recruit & interview in all requirements according to Personnel Request ensuring the right employee to be employed and update report of headcount, overtime and absent rate to ensure their follow the target.
  • Collect and updates of job description when promotion or changing organization.
  • Coordinate with line personnel for probationary performance evaluation and record in HRM system
  • Take care of exit interview for non-supervisor and supervisory employee
  • Involve employee relation by investigates and meeting with functional head for warning and punishing and check all concerning in employee issues in company regulation and by law
  • Cooperate and support for all of management systems in the company

  Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
  • 3-5 years all HR background and Storng Recruitment, Employee Relation functions. plus Payroll Process Compensation and Benefit
  • Able to deal with people from multifunction and different job level
  • Both written and spoken English proficiency
  • Computer and office network literacy
  • High energy personality,creative,diligent,flexible,reliable and a good team player.

  • Strong interpersonal, able to from good relationship with colleagues and management team.
  • Able to locate in Kleang, Rayong province
