1.1 Recruitment & Selection
Establish and administrator recruitment and selection program to ensure adequate manpower to meet current and future needs.
Manage and conduct in area of recruitment & Selection, employment and retirement of employees.
1.2 Employee Relation
Manage employee relation for motivation and impression, monitor effective HR communications, emphasize employee relations and staff activities, ensure that employee morale is maintain to create favorable corporate labor relations and compliance to corporate
Provide efficiency corporate activities for employees, emphasizes employee relations and staff activities, e.g. New Year Party, Sport Day, Birthday Congratulation, Valentines Day, Songkran Festival, Outing Trip etc.
Advise and consult and management to solve the causes of human resources
Employee relations with a systematic approach, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
1.3 Compensation Structure
Manage salary and welfare structure-set the standard of salary & welfare structure, job description, evaluation & adjust salary.
Monitor and revise of salary level, benefits offered, and other allowances given to staff to ensure they are competitive with the market.
Manage payroll system and all reports related to payroll system, including Social Security Fund, Workmen Compensation Fund and personnel income tax.
Monitor employee attendance, salary management and fringe benefits of employees.
Distribute and keep up-to-date revised policies and procedure to ensure labor law Social Security Fund & Workmen’s Compensation Fund and any legal compliance of HR practices to fulfill requirements.
Provide variety of monthly, Quarterly and annual HR reports.
2.Human Resources Development, Operation Development & Training
2.1 Training Program
Control and monitor training & development strategies, provide & analyze training need & competencies, survey and analyze for planning include policy and budget for all staff at all levels to ensure the maximum performance as well as contribution to be
in line with corporate objective, business growth, strategies & opportunity.
2.2 Development Program
Control and monitor all training & development projects such as career development, competency management, competency gap analysis, individual development program, and career path and succession plan.
Control and monitor corporate competencies and staff competencies to find out competencies gap analysis, design and develop competencies model for corporate.
Control and monitor Training & Development program (Individual, annual & road map) based on the identified need & competencies analysis.
3.1 Monitor the storeroom for incoming-outstanding of stationery, office equipment/supply, uniform and miscellaneous.
3.2 Monitor the office equipment to departments.
3.3 Monitor messenger/bill collector for conducing under the company’s policy.
3.4 Plan & Monitor the expenditure budget of general affairs job/keep record.
3.5 Inspect and monitor security and cleaning system.
