- บริหารจัดการการจัดทำโครงการด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร การออกแบบโครงสร้างภายในหน่วยงาน การวิเคราะห์งาน และการจัดทำหน้าที่งานในแต่ละตำแหน่ง
- บริหารจัดการการจัดทำกรอบอัตรากำลัง การบริหารอัตรากำลัง การกำหนดอัตรากำลังของแต่ละหน่วยงาน
- บริหารจัดการ ดูแลการเลื่อนระดับ การปรับตำแหน่ง การสร้างสายความก้าวหน้าให้กับบุคลากร
- ประสานงานจัดทำเอกสาร และดูแลติดตาม ตรวจสอบเอกสารในการนำเสนอเพื่อพิจารณาตามระเบียบงานการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลตามที่กำหนด
- ดูแลจัดทำโครงการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การสร้างความผูกพันในองค์กร และการสร้างช่องทางการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรในงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field
- Computer literacy in using MS Office
- Good communication skill.
- Good interpersonal skill, proactive, can-do attitude and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- accountable and passion to work for success
- Maturity and ability to work under pressure with a good attitude and open mind.
- Ability to quickly adapt and work with others.
