Job description
  • To lead the creation and transformation of HR Shared services function from payroll, Data management/Reporting, personnel management and time attendance.
  • To improve the quality of HR Operations day to day
  • To establish and own the long-term vision for HR Operational Excellence, which includes analyzing cost structure, service consistency, and process optimization for a mutualized team structure.
  • To champion employee development to ensure the highest level of morale and productivity through proper coaching, employee development, incentive programs, communications, and challenging assignments.
  • Assist the Manager in preparing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Flow down and cascade global information to staff.
  • Set the performance objectives for the team. Analyze the trend of KPI on Personnel Satisfaction (Human Resources policy and Day to
  • Day Life at Work). Develop and administer special projects in areas that need improvement actions.  
  • To lead the creation of a best-in-class HR Operation Function to support employees.
  • To collaborate with teams to design employee centric service processes and systems.
  • Uphold and sustain the corporate culture and value of company.
  • Develop the skills of staff.
  • Support the Administration and Development Training Supervisor in analyze training needs to design and plan employee development on technical/non-technical trainings, health and safety programs.
  • Help improve the Orientation and Training program in order to motivate the good understanding of new comers.
  • Assist in creative idea of modern training activities for all leveled employees.
General qualification
  • Male / Female , Age 38-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Payroll, HRIS and/or HR Shared Services.
  • More than 5 years of experience in global and wester company.
  • Management experience in shared service operations.
  • Proven ability to create and articulate a customer-centric vision, as well as gain buy-in and collaboration across the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels throughout the organization to accomplish strategic initiatives and achieve key objectives.
  • A resilient focus on employee development through continuous coaching and feedback.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience building and managing an internal HR Operational Excellence model for internal customers Extensive - Knowledge and experience building and managing an internal HR Shared Services model for internal customers.
  • Toeic 800
