Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product and Shop standard training, follow to check the level of shop performance exceeding the expectation as required and set by management
  • Responsible for customer feedback and action to gain confidential of product satisfying as well as service, Ensure the score of Shop’s SOP is in the standard ranking. Responsible for KPI program implementation, core competencies, job competencies, Training road map as agreed by manager to help implementing company SOP
  • Responsible for New product training as well as in charging as a key person for Product launching
  • To be the key person for product development information, Act as surveyor by checking competitor new product launching to inform manager for in-house product development.
  • To be the head of Product Recipe standard and Operational control for Shop staff, keep book and information up to date at all times, coordinate with Factory when any concerns for product standard.
  • Act as the product knowledge checkers by providing test monthly, measure the result and submit to manager, responsible for staff survey to ensure the level of satisfaction of enjoy working with company and how to improve its quality of working.
  • Act as a Head for shop equipment control, to check on quality and using condition, work with concerned departments for ordering or maintenance for improvement, Act as Auditor for cleanliness checking and report under SOP control program.
  • To be Leader of Shop Staff recruitment as per required by Area Manager after approved by HR Manager
  • Responsible in comparing the labor cost in retail food market, suggesting manager  the appropriate action for staff retention as well as targeted candidates.
  • To be responsible in managing the training for skill development for  Bonjour employees, Identify the new tools or ideas to implement training programs for both Skill training and Orientation.
  • Responsible in finding / suggesting new sources of supplier for product topping, ingredients and report to manager for improvement.
  • Assisting manager for Competitor Promotion – Supporting operation event if required for better and smooth operation during those period.


  • Male / Female, age between 27 – 35 years
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or other related fields.   
  • Experienced in Training department for 2-4 years in Food or Retailing Business would be an advantage.

  • High leadership, experience in planning - management. And negotiation skills. And good human relations.
