Key Responsibilities : -
Qualifications : -
- Manage end to end recruitment Process
- Participate and manage when require for employee issue
- Manage on-boarding process and document in employee life cycle
- Support and coordinate with BU, L&D to organize training to comply with global guide line and ensure that all employee has attend the program as requires.
- Maintain and update employee attendance record and submit to corporate L&D
- Summarize and prepare statistic training report for internally and externally
- Input time attendance to preparing for payroll process
- Support team lead for launch new time attendance system (Kronos)
Qualifications : -
- Diversities & Inclusion we are welcome for all gender
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 5 experiences in HRM & HRD
- Trainer and Facilitator skills would be essentials
- Good digital mindset, agility, Proactive, Can Do attitude
- Good command of writing and speaking English
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work in office base in Bangkok free trade zone Bangna K.M.23
- Able to travel to support & organize training in other site
